Play Time Fun!

The boys enjoyed playing with all the different equipment out on the Soft Topped Area this week. It was lovely to see them work together as a team to build using the connects.

The boys also enjoyed pushing each other around on bikes and of course, hiding in the spinning tops too!

Welly Time!

This week, the boys had their first Welly Time lesson in 1R! They spent some time exploring outside and found two object to take back to the classroom. The boys used some fantastic adjectives to describe the item they had chosen.

In addition to this, please can the boys practise using their knives and forks at home.

Humanities – All About Africa

Today we have become experts on Africa.  We know it is a continent, can name some of the surrounding seas and can identify the Equator too.  We are budding geographers.  Here are some photographs of us, making some flags representing some of the countries of Africa.  KPa

 

 

Welcome to 1R!

It has been so lovely to meet all of the boys and settle them into Year 1. We have been very busy but that hasn’t stopped us from having lots of fun too!
